The startup needed to create an MVP to showcase it to investors and raise funds.

The MVP's top priorities were to convey the founder’s vision to investors and gather recruiter feedback for product refinement.

Process

Our Design Strategist defined a roadmap to design the MVP in 6 weeks:

  • Week 1 to map out the core user flows
  • Week 2 and 3 to build a clickable prototype at a wireframe level
  • Week 4 to gather initial feedback from recruiters
  • Week 5 and 6 to tweak the prototype according to the feedback and design the UI

After approving the roadmap, we provided the startup with a shortlist of UX/UI Designers specialized in designing B2B SaaS products.

Solution

Our designers built the MVP to be intuitive for recruiters.

Recruiters start by creating job descriptions and specifying the desired skills. These skills are shown in spider graphs, making it easy to compare candidates to the ideal profile.

Recruiters can create "mood boards" with skill examples using LinkedIn, portfolios, or resumes. When candidates apply, recruiters use the same process to assess them, generating spider graphs to compare each candidate to the ideal profile, helping them make better hiring decisions.
