MetaMap, a fast-growing Silicon Valley startup, was named by Forbes as one of the top 50 AI companies and the next billion-dollar startup in 2021. Their identity verification platform helps global companies assess trustworthiness, allowing them to prevent fraud, comply with regulations, and optimize hiring processes.
MetaMap came to us after trying everything—top Silicon Valley creative agencies and advisors, hiring countless freelancers from freelancing platforms—but their results didn’t meet their expectations.
The co-founders needed a pitch deck within a week that could clearly communicate their value proposition to investors for their Series B fundraising.
Once they successfully raised $70M Series B, MetaMap needed a design partner to support their rapid growth.
To create a compelling pitch deck, we worked closely with MetaMap’s CEO and COO.
We used a modified version of the Design Sprint method to develop the narrative and visuals within the one-week deadline.
Following the successful fundraising, we assembled a dedicated team of 7. This flexible team was built to fit MetaMap's evolving needs, bringing in exactly the right expertise at each stage—branding, website, sales presentations, online marketing materials, and trade show materials —to help them establish a powerful market presence.
We created a visual identity that helped MetaMap position itself as a global leader in the identity verification field.
We used a grid design to represent MetaMap’s mission of building trust across borders and representing global connections.
To show MetaMap’s modular approach, we used square shapes like Lego blocks, highlighting how flexible and customizable their product is. This visual made it easy to understand how businesses can customize the solution to fit their needs.
The visual identity served as a foundation, enabling a consistent and professional brand presence across all platforms.
